founded by Mr Fred Neville (no relation to the current
family) and run in central Liverpool until his death
around 1972? His executors subsequently offered the
company for sale, which was purchased by Brian Hallard

Company is run
by Brian Hallard & Derek Bartram, gradually growing
to several small shops employing up to seven persons.
1983 Brian Leaves. 1984 Lee Hallard purchases Brians
shares. Derek & Lee now equal partners. |
1984 - 2003 |

Company continues
to run under the management of Derek & Lee but due
to the growth of the large DIY chains the shop side
of the business suffers. 2003 Derek takes over the running
of the retail shop, and Lee (and Paul Peters) leave
& start their own (building) companies, Lee founds
'Lee Hallard Joinery' (Registered as Concept Joinery
Ltd) in 2003. Liverpool premises close. |
2003 - 2007 |

Lee Hallard
Joinery grows rapidly, with the inclusion of additional
skills & trades from new employees and from internal
and external training.
2007 new workshops open in Widnes.

Name of Lee
Hallard Joinery is no longer appropriate, as we now
cover such a wide range of areas including Plumbing,
Roofing, Electrical, Testing, Analysis, UPVC Installations,
Plastering, Bricklaying, Structural & Consultation. A decision
is taken to change the Companies name to Lee Hallard
Building Services. |
