[A]  We do not do pressure sales. Period.

Once YOU have contacted us, we will make an appointment to visit you at a mutually agreeable time (office hours only). During our meeting, we carefully listen to your requirements &, advise you if appropriate. At the end of the meeting we leave. Normally we will contact you back within the week.

Initially a phone call to verify that we are ready to post the written estimate off to you. We will run through any questions that you may have, but we DO NOT expect a decision of any sort from you at this stage.

Shortly after, you will receive the written estimate in the post. You can read through this at your leisure, and make sure that we have correctly interpreted your requirements.

We do not ring you back or contact you again, so if you do wish to proceed, YOU MUST CONTACT US.
